How we work, and why

We are not a traditional agency, and that is on purpose. There are good agencies out there who will run a discovery workshop, sit across the table from you every week, and build a brand from a blank page. That is real work, and some businesses need exactly it. We have drawn our line somewhere narrower, because the narrow thing is the thing we are genuinely good at, and it leaves plenty of room for everyone else.

What we do is build and migrate websites for people who already know what they want. You have the business and the direction. What you need is someone to do the technical work properly and then get out of your way.

We facilitate, we do not steer.

The method

The work in five steps

We tell you which step we are in the whole way through.

  1. Content and sitemap

    We agree what pages exist and what each one says before anyone designs anything. Get this right and the rest moves fast.

  2. Design approval

    You see it and you sign off before we build, so there are no surprises at launch.

  3. Development

    The build itself, on Astro, fast and clean and ready to rank.

  4. Launch

    We put it live, check it over, and hand you a site that works.

  5. Support and SEO

    Going live is the start, not the finish. We keep the site current and watch both the rankings and the AI citations, and the people looking after it are the same people who built it.

Who we are best for

You know what your business is and what you want the site to do. You would rather see the work than sit in meetings about it. Often you have an existing site that has gone stale, and you want it migrated to something fast and modern without rebuilding the whole brand. You are comfortable working with a team remotely, because ours is in the Philippines, and that is the honest reason we can do custom grade work at a price that makes sense for a small business.

Who we are not for

If you need someone physically in the room every week, we are not your studio. If you have not worked out what your business is yet and you want an agency to find it for you, that is valuable work but it is not ours. And if you want a full brand discovery process with a whiteboard and a fortnight of workshops, another agency will serve you better, and we will happily point you their way.

All of our communication runs out of the Philippines. That is where the team is, and it is a large part of why the price works.

balanga.com.ph is a free directory for the whole Balanga business community, a gift from ube and Yoonet, built with the City of Balanga. Every local business gets a place to be found online, at no cost, because a town does better when the businesses in it are easy to find. It is our way of backing the place we are part of, not a service we sell.
